Our training facility is build around Muay Thai, a form of kickboxing from Thailand that uses knee and elbow strikes in addition to punches and kicks. Not only is it fun to learn and growing in popularity, it’s super effective for burning calories.

From couch potatoes to athletes and CEO’s to new moms, our membership is a supportive community that not only sweats together, they also share many laughs.

The All Levels Class is for all levels and ages – beginners to advanced – and our trainers are supportive and highly experienced. We offer the best because you give us your best.

You are welcome to try a class at any time to see what we have to offer. Drop-ins and guests who would like to watch a class are also welcome.

Class Times:

Mon: 12:00-1:00 pm, 6:30-7:30pm
Tues/Thurs: 11:10-11:50am (strengthening exercises)
12:00-1:00pm, 6:30-7:30pm, 7:30pm – 8:30pm
Wed: 12:00-1:00pm, 5:30-6:30pm, 6:30-7:30pm (advance)
Fri: 12:00-1:00pm, 6:00-7:30 (all levels + sparing)
Sat: 11:00am-12:30pm
